This design is screen printed onto a Unisex Lightweight Loopback Terry Crewneck Sweatshirt. Available in Unisex XS through 3XL. This is not fleece lined, but is very comfortable. It has very little stretch due to the French Terry type fabric, therefore you may want to size up.
